Project Overview 

• The project was initiated by the Kufr Dan Agricultural Association in collaboration with local farmers on a 5-dunum plot
• Focused on processing and canning fresh vegetables, including cucumbers, olives, eggplants, and peppers
• In 2021, Izdehar invested to improve operations, diversify the product range, and expand into export markets
• Production capacity increased from 3 tons/hour to 4 tons/hour
• Advanced packaging solutions added, including thermoform packaging and glass jar lines

•    Jobs Created: 20 direct jobs and 1,000 indirect jobs
•    Land Development: Increased land planting by 1,000 dunums
•    Community Impact: Empowered more than 350 rural families
